    Who am I?

    I'm Nezzie — a NASM-certified coach who built this work from lived experience. I spent years in the extremes that wellness culture celebrates, and I know firsthand how much better life feels on the other side of them. Now I help people build real strength, fuel their bodies properly, and find healthy habits that actually supports their life instead of consumes it.
